SUPPLEMENTAL-B3 IS:
*A "Non-Essential" Vitamin, which means

*Lost readily when food is cooked in water

VITAMIN SOURCES:
*Asparagus, avocados, broccoli, carrots, cereals, dates, eggs, fish, green
*leafy vegetables, legumes, liver, mushrooms, nuts, poultry, salmon,

*Coffee also provides approximately 3 mg of niacin

DEFICIENCY SIGNS:

*People with diabetes, glaucoma, any liver disease or peptic ulcers

*14 mg per day for females
*2-12 mg per day for children
